James Leong is one of the country’s leading authorities on Development Of Human Potential, Team-Building, Personal Effectiveness and Sales. Like Robert Dilts (one of the Co-developers of NLP and colleague of Drs. Bandler and Grinder), James Leong believes spirituality is an important aspect of an established coaching methodology or behavioral transformation therapy.
